The location was pretty decent. Close to a well-stocked IGA.

The room itself was questionable. The air conditioning emitted unsettling noises constantly, and the carpet seemed like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in ages. It really was a problem. the bed was quite uncomfortable.

the location was fantastic. a short walk led me to bourke street, or i could easily use the tram right outside.

The apartment could use a bit of updating. It felt a little tired.
